You have 14 calendar days to return an item for EXCHANGE ONLY from the date you received it. As the purchaser you would be responsible for return shipping charges.

 

To be eligible for a exchange:

                - your item(s) must be either unused or no more than a quarter of the volume missing.

                - your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

                - your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

STEP 2 - Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

STEP 3 - We will immediately notify you on the status f your exchange after inspecting your returned item(s)

STEP 4 - You can exchange your item(s) or receive an online shop credit in the form of an e-gift card

 

In the event that you cannot find a suitable exchange a merchandise credit for the same value of the product purchased will be issued to you in the form of a store credit. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. You will receive your e-gift card within 5 business days after the exchange is confirmed

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
